Responsibilities:

During this varied training program, you will gain experience in the following areas, among others:

  • Front Office
  • Housekeeping
  • Concierge
  • Restaurant Service
  • Breakfast Service
  • Banquet
  • Bar

 

Afterward, you’ll have the opportunity to gain further qualifications in the administrative field to pursue a career in international hotel management. This program provides additional specialized knowledge in the following departments:

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Event Sales
  • Reservations & Revenue Management
  • Finance

 

Throughout the entire training period, trainees share responsibility for ensuring that operations run smoothly in the various departments. This allows them to gain a comprehensive understanding of the many facets of guest services.

Working independently and taking responsibility for assigned tasks are integral parts of the training program.

Skills:

  • successfully completed high school diploma
  • Ideally, initial practical experience gained through an internship in the hotel or restaurant industry
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude
  • A friendly, well-groomed appearance and good manners
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to work shifts, as well as on weekends and holidays
