Responsibilities:

Welcoming our international guests and coordinating luggage and parking services
Fulfilling all kinds of unique guest requests – “THE ART OF BEING UNIQUE”
Personalized on-site guest services, including recommendations for restaurants, attractions, activities, and cultural events in the city of Düsseldorf and the surrounding area
Arranging transfers, tickets, restaurant reservations, limousine and chauffeur services for our guests
Handling guest complaints professionally and turning them into a positive experience for the guest—“creating surprises”
Cross-departmental collaboration with the Rooms and F&B departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests and residents of the AQ from arrival through departure

Skills:

Several years of professional experience in the concierge department of a luxury hotel or in a comparable guest services role
Excellent knowledge of the cultural landscape in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area
Excellent communication skills in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus; strong organizational skills, the ability to handle pressure, and the ability to fulfill all guests’ requests in a solution-oriented manner with an open and friendly demeanor
A strong focus on guests, a high sense of responsibility and commitment to quality, discretion, and professionalism
Experience using Opera, as well as knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
a Class B driver’s license
Membership in the association “Die Goldenen Schlüssel Deutschland e.V.” is desirable
