Responsibilities:

Professional reception and farewell for our international guests
Assistance with luggage service and escorting guests to their rooms
Organization and coordination of vehicles, taxis, and valet parking
Assistance with arrivals and departures, as well as VIP arrangements
Ensuring that operations run smoothly in the entrance and lobby areas
Managing the hotel entrance and assisting with doorman services
Supporting the concierge and front office teams in their daily operations
Responsible Use of Guest Vehicles
Providing a warm, discreet, and professional service experience
Compliance with the company’s luxury and leading service standards

Skills:

Ideally, professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry or the luxury segment
A very well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
A friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
Strong service orientation and a hospitable attitude
Ability to work as part of a team, reliability, and discretion
Resilience and Flexibility in Shift Work
Proficiency in German and English
A valid Class B driver’s license is required
Safe and responsible driving of high-quality vehicles
an independent and structured approach to work
Enjoyment of interacting with international guests
